Without any evidence I can not very confidently say that #FinOps is the secret sauce to agency growth but I can say that by following a few principles you will know more about your business, your people and your future than those that continue to listen to other advisors about cashflow and timesheets.
What the hell is FinOps?
Great question. It’s where finance and operations overlap on a Venn diagram. It’s aligning what happens in delivery to the numbers, and also the other way. It’s about connecting dots to provide commercial decision making easier.
It’s understanding how your rate card works, why your team are busy but you are making no money and its way more than just timesheets and cashflow. It’s how you should be running your finance function.
